June Week 1 Fitness Plan

Tuesday- Bikini Body Work-out ; 4 miles run, 2 at tempo

Wednesday- Bike 45 minutes; run 30 minutes

Thursday - Speed Work 4X 400's, 2X800's; strength training

Friday - X-training

Saturday - First Official 5k!

Sunday - Off
